During playback, click Step Forward
to go to the next frame or for the previous frame, click Step Backward .
After you have clicked on any of the Step functions, playback will be paused.
Note: This function steps backward but will only return to the I-frames within a group of frames. In other words, stepping forward will result in a greater number of frames than stepping backward.
