When calling for support, please have your computer ready and provide us with the following information:
- your registered CD-key
- the product version
- Windows version
- hardware devices (capture card, sound card, VGA card) and their specifications
- detailed description of the problem and the circumstances under which it occurred
- warning messages displayed (if applicable)
